Introducing Connected Support



John Deere Connected Support™ was designed to improve customer service and machine monitoring. Enabled through the JDLink™ telematics connection, John Deere Connected Support leverages a suite of dealer and factory tools to deliver increased productivity, up-time and lower daily operating costs to the customer with their machine operation and preventative service messages. With John Deere Connected Support, Emmetts service department will take a proactive approach to using these tools to improve service by contacting the customer when notifications are sent by the machine to the machine health dashboard. Emmetts can now remotely monitor machines, leveraging two key tools - Service ADVISOR™ Remote and Expert Alerts – which allows the service team to have the information to act quickly to avoid or reduce machine downtime. John Deere designed these tools to ensure machines are kept in peak operating condition, resulting in increased productivity.
